Prices:

Our goal is to offer you the best prices we possible can. Therefore, all prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice since food costs change regularly.

Shipping:

We ship Fed-X or UPS ground or air and USPS.

Pick-Up:

Orders may be placed in person or on the website. The cut-off time for orders is Friday at 5 pm in order to receive your order the following Friday. You will be notified when your order has arrived for pick-up. Any back-ordered items will be either refunded or re-ordered the following week per your wishes. You will be notified of any manufacturer outages.

Product Returns:

We will gladly give full credit for any missing or damaged goods in your order. You must report the items you wish to return to us within 3 working days of the delivery. Please send an email to orders@purefectfoods.com stating the

item(s) in question and the reason for the requested return. Any item(s) returned for a reason other than being damaged or an incorrect item is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in a timely fashion and in resalable condition with the exception of damaged goods. The item(s) must be carefully boxed or packaged and in the original package/container.
